Ingredients
  

For Garlic Chicken

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 0.5 Lemon juiced

For the Wraps

  • 4 Large flour or whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce or baby spinach
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 0.5 Red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 Cucumber sliced
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or feta

Garlic Yogurt Sauce

  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt Pinch
  • Chopped parsley or dill Optional

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Chicken:
    In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken thoroughly. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).
  • Cook the Chicken:
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 6–7 minutes per side or until golden and fully cooked. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  • Prepare Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
    Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl. Stir in herbs if using.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    Warm tortillas slightly. Spread garlic sauce, layer greens, sliced chicken, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and sprinkle cheese.
  • Wrap and Serve:
    Fold the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Substitute with rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
For a spicier twist, add chili flakes to the marinade.
Use lettuce leaves instead of tortillas for a low-carb option.
