Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 8 oz Pasta (twisted shape)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine crushed crackers or breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the buffalo sauce, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20–25 minutes.
  • While the chicken is baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add heavy cream, simmering until slightly thickened.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the cream mixture.
  • Once the chicken bites are crispy, remove them from the oven and toss with extra buffalo sauce if desired.
  • Serve the chicken bites with the creamy pasta, garnished with green onions.

Notes

This recipe is quick and versatile. Prepping ahead is possible by cubing and coating the chicken in advance. Serve with sides like celery sticks or fresh garden salad.
