  • 4 medium fresh peaches
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamo
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Wash and slice the peaches in half, removing their pits.
  • In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  • Place peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until peaches are tender and topping is golden.

Notes
