  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes, removing any seeds.
  • Blend the watermelon cubes with lime juice and sweetener until smooth.
  • If adding mint, tear the leaves and blend briefly to mix.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each to the brim.
  • Insert popsicle sticks if needed, ensuring they stand upright.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • To release pops, run warm water over the mold, then gently pull to remove.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in a freezer-safe bag.
