Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups fresh ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamo
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, slice the fresh peaches and remove the pits. Combine with sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon; toss gently and let sit for about 10 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  • Spread the peach mixture in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbly.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best flavor. Prepare filling and topping in advance to save time.
