  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamo
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix your sliced peaches with half a cup of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Let sit.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until just combined.
