  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamo
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan lightly.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  • Fold in the freshly chopped peaches and nuts (if using).
  • Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow the peach bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan.
  • Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Pre-measure ingredients for a smoother experience. Optionally, add a streusel topping for extra crunch. Can be frozen for later enjoyment.
