Materials

  • 4 chicken breasts Boneless, skinless, evenly sized
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Or plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper Freshly ground
  • 0.5 tsp paprika Optional, for color
  • fresh herbs Optional, parsley or chives to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13” baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using). Mix until creamy and well blended.
  • Place chicken breasts evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Spread the creamy mixture over each chicken breast, coating them completely.
  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes after removing from the oven.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

Notes

Swap out mayo with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
This dish is perfect for meal prep and reheats beautifully.
To freeze, let it cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
Feel free to customize with different cheeses like Asiago, Gruyère, or Mozzarella.
