  • 1 pound kilbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced kilbasa sausage and brown for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, and sauté for another 5-7 minutes until soft and the onions are translucent.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
