Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Juice from 1 lemo

Instructions
 

  • Gather and measure all ingredients.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir gently to combine.
  • Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and mix until melted and coating everything.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish to enhance flavors.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for better flavor. Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking shrimp. Adjust seasonings to taste. Leftover rice can save time. Serve with steamed vegetables for a balanced meal.
