Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb and sugar. Allow them to sit for about 15 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, cinnamon, and salt. Then add the softened butter and work it into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
