- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar, then stir in melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until no lumps remain.
