Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar, then stir in melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand.
  • Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until no lumps remain.
  • Add lemon juice and vanilla extract to the cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help set slightly, then layer the strawberries and blueberries on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to fully set.
