  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning For a herby kick
  • 1 tsp Paprika Optional but adds warmth
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground recommended
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Helps sear chicken if desired

Instructions
 

  • Lightly coat chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes until smooth.
  • Place chicken in the crockpot, then pour the creamy sauce over the top, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  • Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2.5–3 hours, until chicken is fork-tender.
  • Sprinkle fresh basil or parsley over the top before serving. Pair with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.

Notes

Swap chicken breasts for boneless thighs for a juicier result.
To make the sauce thicker, whisk 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir in during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, or low-carb zoodles for versatile dining options.
