Materials

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese or 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika optional
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for greasing dish
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, peas, or spinach optional, for added veggies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or olive oil.
  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and cream cheese (or sour cream) until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti. Mix gently until all noodles are coated in the creamy sauce.
  • Fold in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden and edges are bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken to save time.
