Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Flatbread
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce, mixing until smooth.
  • Fold in the shredded chicken until fully coated.
  • Lay the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
  • Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the flatbreads, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and add blue cheese crumbles if using.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and let sit for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
