Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1-2 teaspoons Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Prepare the cold brew by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12-24 hours, then strain.
  • In a blender, add the cold brew coffee, peanut butter, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until desired creaminess is achieved.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  • Serve in a tall glass or travel mug and enjoy fresh.

Notes

Prep ahead by making cold brew in advance. Choose high-quality peanut butter for flavor. Make it vegan by using plant-based milk.
