Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until evenly distributed.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing out the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is softened. For less heat, remove jalapeño seeds. Can mix in roasted corn for sweetness. Serve with tortilla chips, raw veggies, or sliced baguette.
