Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing and drying the fresh strawberries.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and stir well.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto it, topping each dollop with a piece of fresh strawberry.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt-strawberry cluster.
  • If using, sprinkle chopped nuts over each cluster before the chocolate sets.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

For the brightest flavors, use ripe strawberries. Double the chocolate if desired, and don't skip the chilling step for best texture.
