Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • ½ cup caesar dressing
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the grates with olive oil.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  • While the chicken cooks, prepare the romaine lettuce. Rinse and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  • Add the sliced chicken on top of the chopped romaine. Drizzle your caesar dressing evenly over the salad. Toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle the grated parmesan and croutons over the salad. Toss again, but do so carefully to avoid breaking the croutons.
  • Serve immediately with a sprinkle of black pepper and extra parmesan, if desired.

Notes

Use a marinated chicken for more flavor. Opt for homemade croutons for extra freshness. Keep lettuce dry before dressing to prevent sogginess.
